Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are intended for your safety and ease of use of our services.
The following terms are necessary for the benefit of everyone who stays at
Villa Moringa Lodge. By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Your accommodation includes en-suite facilities and breakfast as specified elsewhere on this website.
- Booking/cancellation details
After making a reservation you will receive an email with booking details. We will ask you to pay a deposit of 10% of the reserved accomodation. After receiving your payment you get a confirmation of your booking, this useally only takes a few days.
Full payment will be taken up to 3 days prior to the day of arrival or on the day of arrival.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before your date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 3 days of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Villa Moringa Lodge reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage. All payments will
be fully refunded in such unlikely event
We strongly recommend that guests take out adequat travel/cancellation insurance.
2. Check-in and Check-out Times
Your room will be ready for you by 13.00 pm on the day of arrival, and check out time is 10:30am on the last day of your stay. Late check out or early check-in is possible at request and availability.
Please keep us informed as to your arrival time, especially if arriving late.
Arrival: Your host will welcome guests and demonstrate the facilities how to use the equipment. Guests must follow the instructions for using the Spas and other electrical equipment. Failure to do so may leave guests liable for any damage they cause.
Departure: When guests leave they must ensure all doors and windows are locked and the keys are returned. Please check that you take all your property with you as we cannot guarantee the security after you depart. We do try to contact you if you have left something behind and can arrange for their return if required.
Property: The person booking the room or the cardholder is deemed to be responsible for their actions and those of any of their party.
Villa Moringa Lodge and its staff does not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the guest house. We also cannot accept responsibility for your cars while parked on our premises. Your car is parked at your own risk.
Special Needs: It is the responsibility of the guest to advise the management of any allergy or special dietary needs.
Extra’s: It is possible to book transport and activities (see website), payment will be in advance on the day of use of this facilities.
